Oh, I hate the scale

I was 149.6 lbs  three mornings ago.  I've been eating fairly well and working out each evening.  I weighed myself this morning and it's back up a lb to 150.6.  You can't go by this stupid machine.  The low #'s - sure - no way to miscalculate them.  But I know I haven't put on a lb of fat in 3 days. 

The scale.  Tricky.  Potentially misleading and discouraging.  That's all I have to say.
