It's like a leap-week.

My week 5 official weigh in is postponed one day.  My friend (whose scale I use) isn't home this morning, so I can't weigh in til tomorrow.  Talk about GREAT incentive to eat well today!  I have an extra day to make progress on my recorded week 5 weight loss!  I like that!!! I have an overwhelming urge to eat very wisely all day.  Cheerios for bfast.  Homemade ministrone soup for lunch.  Big ol' salad w/ chickpeas and artichokes for dinner.  A good workout tonight.  I'm going to like tomorrow's scale face more than I would have liked today's.
