Day 45

Doing fabulous!!  I can't wait to switch over my closet to my Spring/Summer clothes. Starting this change in habits on Feb 1st was such perfect timing.  No urgent rush to lose fast before summer, but close enough  so that I can't slack off without regretting it in the near future.

Today I ate 27 pts - all but 1 snack was CLEAN EATING!  
Exercise: Crunch Step & Sweat, Firm Abs and 40 weighted lunges (10 lbs per shoulder)  I could only do 20 per leg after the step aerobics.  (-5 pts)
TOTAL:  22 pts
