So I weighed myself today to stick to my schedule. I thought I'd see a
loss despite it being my worst day of the month. I didn't. I weighed
147.4, which is .4 lb gain since last week. I'm kinda annoyed that it's
not lower, and even more annoyed at myself for being annoyed when I
should know better. It's all silly. I know it. I'll get over it. I
think I am over it already - just needed to say it aloud.
So just keep going. Another week....Here we go.....

OMG 0.4 is nothing! I've seen over a 4 lbs. gain because of TOM and I totally understand how it can be annoying... even when we know better.

Definitely don't let the number throw you off. You're taking steps to get to where you want to be. The numbers will catch up.
