So I weighed myself today to stick to my schedule. I thought I'd see a
loss despite it being my worst day of the month. I didn't. I weighed
147.4, which is .4 lb gain since last week. I'm kinda annoyed that it's
not lower, and even more annoyed at myself for being annoyed when I
should know better. It's all silly. I know it. I'll get over it. I
think I am over it already - just needed to say it aloud.
So just keep going. Another week....Here we go.....
