Tomorrow is weigh in. I don't expect a loss. I'm half afraid to see a gain. But I don't *feel* a gain, or see one in the mirror or in my clothes....I'm just going by calorie #'s and the percentage of those cal's in recent days that were junk cals. So again - it's just going to be a surprise tomorrow. And I'm not psyched.

I'm sure whatever happens on the scale today, it will motivate you to make better food choices next week. We all have days when we eat too much of the wrong thing and/or don't get around to working out. It's okay and once in a while, it will not hurt! If anything, it can fuel your fire to do even better!!
