Week 14 Stats

Tues: 1347 cals consumed.   193 cals burned/25 min - high impact aerobics.
Wed: 1537 cals consumed.   460 cals burned/60 min - Tae Bo Ripped Extreme (cardio/upper body weights).
Thurs: 2400 cals consumed.  83 cals burned - 15 min brisk walk.
Fri: 1404 cals consumed.  365 cals burned/48 min - The Firm Cardio (cardio/full body weights)
Sat: 1511 cals consumed.  830 cals burned/1 hr 8 min tennis, 1 hr + walking in city.
Sun: 1486 cals consumed. 341 cals burned/44 mins - Jillian Michaels Buns & Thighs II (cardio/lower body weights)
Mon: 1493 cals consumed.  330 cals burned/37 mins - 10" step aerobics.

GOAL CAL INTAKE: 8470
TOTAL INTAKE: 11,187
EXERCISE:  almost 6 hrs exercise - 2602 cals burned
TOTAL CALS: 8585  (115 over)

This week was also my TOM, so I am expecting a good weigh in tomorrow, after my 2 weeks in a row  at 146.  145 would be nice.  144.9 would be excellent, and my lowest weight in a few years.    And 144.4 would be a total loss of 10 lbs since I started keeping track.  Dare I hope???

I do hope!!  But 1.6 lbs is really reaching...  145 will suffice.  :)
